Vans and public utility jeeps ply the major roads going to the different towns. Going to the island-towns like Capul and Biri, one should ride a boat with outrigger for stability. In towns where there are no jeepneys and vans, habal-habal (motorcycles), motorcabs, and pedicabs are readily available at cheap rates.
